For Sale is a Vintage Rolex Day-Date “President” Ref. 1803 – pre-owned, watch only (no original box or papers).
This watch features an aftermarket champagne diamond dial (non-original), while all other components remain original. Based on the serial and model number, production dates for this timepiece range approximately from 1955 to 1959. Condition: Overall fair vintage condition with visible wear consistent with age. The bracelet has been previously over-polished and re-tightened, resulting in minor rubbing between some links (see last photo for reference). Despite the adjustment, there is still a slight amount of bracelet stretch (sag). There is also a small dent in the case near the crown. Lastly, the acrylic crystal shows light surface scuffs.
