Shipping:
All watches are in stock and ready to ship the same day as payment. All shipments are sent to a Fedex Office & Print or Fedex Ship Center of your choice for guaranteed safe delivery. (Authorized Fedex ship centers inside of convenience stores or super markets not included).

We only ship within the United States, Hong Kong, and Canada. All other countries are subject to look up prior to purchase pending price and location. All buyers are responsible for duties and taxes upon import. Failure to pay duties resulting in a return will be subject to pay shipping fees (both ways) associated with a failed delivery attempt.

Warranty/Returns:
All watches sold both on and off the platform come with a 1 year movement warranty from the date of purchase. This does not cover loss, theft, drops, knocks, scrapes, scratches, dings, dents, water damage and any other word you can think of caused by negligence on behalf of the user.

Each watch is extensively documented prior to shipping. In the event you wish to return your watch within 10 days of delivery, we will request ‘Reason For Return’. Additionally, we will require the buyer to provide photo’s and video’s of the watch prior to return.
If recipient chooses to wear, display, or handle the watch, altering the condition as received, a current market value will be assessed, per our company’s preowned market analysis.

Additional:
We carry various brands, some of which are not listed on Chrono24. Certain brands can be delivered at or under retail direct from the brand, with the registration of the timepiece being in the buyers name.
