Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. Products must be in original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
How to Return
- Email info@msctimepieces.com with your order number.
- Receive return authorization and instructions.
- Ship product to the provided returns address.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange
Exchanges are processed like returns — once we receive the original item, a new order can be placed.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are not eligible include:
- Customized or altered products
- Gift cards
