SHIPPING: All orders ship Adult Signature Required. If you aren’t at home during the day during the week, we recommend shipping to where you work or shipping “Hold for Pickup” to a FedEx Office, FedEx Print and Ship, or FedEx Ship Center near you, in which case, you can retrieve the package with your valid state ID at your convenience. Please Note: If you’re having us ship to a FedEx location, be sure to enter “FEDEX – HOLD FOR PICK UP”, as well as the address of the FedEx location, at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: Chrono24 will only allow us to ship to the address listed in the transaction record and that changing the ship-to address after you’ve completed payment is trickier than you may think. During checkout, you’ll have the opportunity to enter your desired ship-to address. To avoid shipping delays, be sure to enter the full and complete shipping address (including st/ave/blvd, business name, and floor/suite/unit/apartment number, if applicable).

RETURNS: You’ll have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return through Chrono24 for a full refund of the purchase price. All returns must be received in the same condition as which they were shipped. The cost of return shipping, including any shipping insurance, packaging material, etc. is the responsibility of the person returning the watch.
