We aim to offer watches in very good condition, as close to new as possible.
However, minor signs of use may still be present.
Please study the photos carefully and ask questions before purchasing – what you see is exactly what you get.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
You will receive exactly what is shown in the photos – nothing more.
If you don’t see a warranty card, manual, price tag, outer box, or accessories, they are not included.
Missing manuals or documents are common with pre-owned watches. If unsure, just ask.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
We offer:
12-month warranty – EU customers only
14-day return policy – EU customers only
Unfortunately, for buyers outside the EU, we cannot accept returns or offer a warranty due to customs regulations and return processing difficulties.
In the case of a return, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs (up to €250).
WATER RESISTANCE
We test water resistance on modern watches using professional equipment.
However, due to the nature of pre-owned watches, we do not guarantee water resistance, even if a test was passed.
User-related issues (e.g., crown not screwed in, case back opened) may compromise water tightness.
YEAR OF PRODUCTION
The “Year of Production” listed refers to the purchase date from the original documentation, not the actual manufacturing year.
Most brands do not disclose specific production dates, so we cannot verify them.
INVOICING
If you need an invoice for your company, please inform us before payment and provide:
Full company name and address
EU VAT number (if applicable)
Polish tax law prohibits issuing backdated invoices.
If no invoice is requested, a standard receipt will be issued.
