Shipping Information
• Domestic Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured. Typically, we dispatch within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Tracking information will be provided once your order is processed.

Please note that all our packages require an adult signature upon delivery. Kindly ensure that someone 21 years or older will be available at the shipping address to receive and sign for the package.

If that’s not possible, you’re welcome to have the watch shipped to your preferred FedEx Office location instead. To do this, simply enter the FedEx Office address as your shipping address when placing the order.

Please be aware that if you wish to change the shipping address after the order is placed, such changes require approval from Chrono24 and may take an additional 1–2 business days to process.

• International Shipping: We offer international shipping via FedEx Global Services. Please note, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by the receiving country. If our insurance coverage does not extend to your location, we may be unable to ship the watch to you.

Warranty Information
• Manufacturer’s Warranty: All our unworn watches are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (unless otherwise is stated). You will receive the remaining balance of the manufacturer’s warranty upon purchase.
• 1-Year Limited Warranty: In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a complimentary 1-year limited warranty on the movement of the watch. This warranty covers movement issues but excludes damages from misuse, negligence, water damage, or cosmetic wear (Subject to claim).

If needed, English versions of all manuals and documentation are typically available for download directly from the official manufacturer’s website. Rest assured, every watch we offer is 100% authentic, thoroughly inspected, and delivered as a complete set unless stated otherwise.

Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your watch is not as described in the listing, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the watch is unworn and in the same condition as received. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
